Morula took me, on and off, nearly 2 years to make. Whilst trying to explore the development of richer sound textures in my music, I endeavoured to retain some melodic structure. I wanted to create music that took the listener on a journey, that enabled the mind to wander, escape and 'freewheel'.

When I heard the track "The hobo of the skies" for the first time, I fell in love with it. The mellotron was always my favorite instrument in EM. this track is pure mellotron-magic. There are two more tracks who created similar feelings in me, unfortunetely the album has also a few low moments. But all in all a great album. Klaus Sauer
